The hotel provides all the necessary facilities for rooms and suites, catering services, meetings and entertainment. The hotel is also adjacent to Beijing Jiaotong University and Central University of Finance and Economics. Tiananmen Square is located roughly 10 km away.

The rooms provide two beds or a double bed, broadband Internet access free of charge, an in-room guest safe, minibar/fridge, Beijing Gehua CATV Network Co. Ltd closed-circuit satellite/cable TV, centrally regulated air conditioning and heating system and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower compartment and bathtub.
