This apartment hotel is situated 5 minutes from the sandy beach, in the north part of the popular Sunny Beach resort. Guests will find links to the public transport network on the hotel's doorstep and restaurants and bars just 300 m away, and it is 500 m to the nearest nightspots. It lies only 20 minutes by mini-train from the resort centre. There is an aquapark 4 km away and it is 8 km to Nessebar Old Town and 35 km to Burgas. Burgas Airport is 35 km away and it is 120 km to Varna Airport.

Each apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, bedroom and a balcony. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
