The apartment complex is located beside Hotel Don Pancho, just 200 m from sandy Levante Beach in Benidorm. An array of supermarkets, bars and other services are to be found in the local area and Alicante airport is approximately 65 km away.||Renovated in 2005, this 8-storey complex comprises 24 apartments of which 8 have 1 bedroom and 16 have 2. Guests are offered access to a wonderful terrace and further facilities include a reception desk (open from 5 pm until 8 pm) and a lift.||All of the rooms come with a balcony, a lounge/ dining room, a kitchen, a full bathroom, a TV, a hire safe and a terrace. The apartments with one bedroom have a separate two-bed room and a lounge with a sofa bed for two persons.
