Location

Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel is a unique holiday resort situated in am attractive area right by the sea, on the lee side of Cape Greco. It is only 4 km from the center of Ayia Napa and 55km fro Larnaca Airport.

Facilities

The complex consists of the main building and 154 bungalows, which are built in an area of 60.000 square meters, expertly landscaped and arranges so as to give the feeling of living in a small Cyprus garden village.

In the main building there is a 24 hour reception, lounges, restaurant, bars, conference room and the ‘K' Minimarket.

Rooms

STUDIO BUNGALOWS are bedsitters with kitchenette, bathroom and verandah.

ONE BEDROOM BUNAGLOWS consist of a large lounge, a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and verandah.

TWO BEDROOM BUNGALOWS consist of a large lounge, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and verandah.

All bungalows are built in local Cypriot style and are equipped with individual air-conditioning (hot & cold), telephone (direct dialing), 4-channel radio, satellite television, hairdryer, electronic safe deposit box etc.

Sport/Entertainment

Kermia has its own sandy beach. Next to the beach is a large fresh water swimming pool. For the sports lovers, Kermia Beach offers 5 tennis courts (2 flood lit), volleyball court, archery court, mini golf, beach volley, gym room, sauna and aerobics near the pool. Inline skates and mountain bikes can be rented to explore the nearby area. Furthermore there are facilities for water sports, including windsurfing, sailing water-skiing and Para kiting. Also diving lesson and fishing trips around the Cap are organized as well.

Meals

The following bars and restaurants are available to our guests:

Cavo Greco Restaurant: for breakfast, lynch and dinner, serving fresh seafood, local and international specialties.

Alkion Restaurant: opened during the evening for A la Carte dining.

Albatross Pool Grill Bar: Situated by the pool for lunch, snacks and relaxing drinks.

Sunset Bar: offers a variety of drinks and mixed cocktails.

The hotel organizes a number of special evenings every week, which give our guests the opportunity to tastes the local food but also cater for those preferring to stick to the European cuisine with live music and entertainment.
