This is definitelly one of the first and coolest hostels in Italy. The hostel Villa Camerata is a gorgeous villa of the 15th century decorated with stucco and frescoes and equipped with all modern comforts, sourrended by a huge park, away from the noise of the town but very close to the city center that can be easily reached by bus. Location

Hostel Villa Camerata is located at the bottom of the hill of Fiesole (beautiful village famous for the roman theatre and the archeological museum) and can be reached from the center station SMN from Monday to Saturday until 10.00 p.m. by bus 11 getting off at Salviatino stop, in front of the gate of the hostel, or by bus 17 every day including Sunday until 1.00 a.m getting off at Santi Fiorentini.. It is situated near the Soccer Stadium (where there is also a swimming pool), near the Mandela Forum (cultural events, concerts), 5 Km (kilometres) from the city centre and from the main train station Santa Maria Novella (luggage storage available inside). From the hostel you can easily reach the village of Fiesole (5 Km) where you can find an archaeological museum, a roman theatre and an unforgettable view of Florence. Near the hostel there are shops and supermarkets.
