Lizard Island

Outstanding in every respect, the unique pleasures of the club resort have created an idyllic retreat second to none. Location

This beach hotel is Australia's northernmost island resort, located 240 km north of Cairns and 27 km off the coast of North Queensland. It is a National Park covering 1,013 hectares with 24 sandy beaches and a lagoon.

The hotel offers a range of resort accommodation options with elegant and spacious villas featuring either ocean or beach views. The villas provide seclusion and privacy for couples in luxury surrounds. Each villa features a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set.

Sport

During their leisure time, guests can work out in the well-equipped gym, have a dip in the swimming pool, or indulge in the game of tennis or paddle tennis. In addition to all this, they can spoil themselves with the serenity and relaxation of a pampering treatment at the luxurious Azure Spa. Catamaran boating, banana boating, diving and waterskiing are also offered for a fee. The nearby beach is sandy.

The restaurant showcases the finest local produce with an emphasis on exotic local seafood, lush tropical fruits, premium produce and the diversity of cultures that have shaped the Australian food scene. Menus change daily, while guests are welcome to request special dishes.
