History, culture and nature are mixed in Mision Casa Colorada, a unique hotel which offers an ample terrace with an amazing panoramic view of the city.The architecture of this beautiful colonial style hotel began in the 1970s, originally planned to house the Center of Economic and Social Studies of The Third World, on the instructions of Luis Echeverria Alvarez, President of Mexico at that time. Ten years later, in 2002, the property was sold and turned into an intimate atmosphere hotel full of luxury and comfort, besides a fascinating cactus garden which is a complete delight for all nature lovers.
