This holiday residence is a newly built villa with spacious living room, satellite/cable TV, individually-adjustable air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker and tea/coffee making facilities) and dining area, as well as a large terrace. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy the full beauty of this relaxed getaway location far from everyday routine either by oneself or in good company with family and friends. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

This holiday residence is situated on the coast just 50 m from the sea in the quiet western part of the town of Hvar. The centre of Hvar is about 1.5 km away. Considering its location the villa is perfect for quiet family holidays.

It sleeps up to 10 persons and there are 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms) while the living room offers sleeping quarters for a further 2 persons. En suite bathrooms come as standard.
