This house is situated in a quiet urbanisation near by Cala Comta, in a distance of about 12 km to San Jose, just in front of the sea, with exceptional views to the rocky island Es Vedra. There is a little beach, Cala Codolar, just in a distance of 5 minutes walking from the house, which can be reached by a stairway.
