This apartment complex, which newly opened in 2003, comprises 2 towers of 9 floors with well-equipped apartments, as well as a garden and pool area and a garage (subject to availability and local charge).

This apartments complex has no reception area, so keys should be collected in the Valmanga office in Gran Via de La Manga at km 8.5 (exit 80), building Hawaii 5, during office hours. Please check the reservation confirmation for key collection out of office hours or on bank holidays. The swimming pool in the complex is open during the summer season (approximately from 15th June until 15th September).

All apartments are fully equipped and have a bathroom, living room and kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee machine and toaster.
