Nautilus Lanzarote is situated only 100 m away from the sea and sandy beach, the pedestrian zone, boulevard and commercial center, while the distance from the airport is approximately 3.5 km. In the reception area, there is a scale where guests can weigh their suitcases, at a small cost.

There are two acclimatized swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults with hydraulic hoist for persons up to 120kl. There is as well a elevator to get to the the supermarket, meting room and exposition room.
