The hotel comprises 61 rooms spread over 5 floors. Along with a 24-hour reception, it offers a hotel safe, lift access and a tastefully decorated breakfast room where guests may start their day with an English tea. Guests may deposit any valuables at the reception for storage in the hotel safe.

This family run hotel is situated in a peaceful location in the Earls Court district of the city, close to the Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres.
