The apartment complex is situated in a quiet business district of the town, just one street from the main road linking Cala d'Or with Cala Ferrera. A beach, a section of restaurants (El Patio), bars and the centre of Cala d'0r all lie within 500 m of the hotel. It is well worth paying a visit to Cala Mondragó with its parklands (around 6 km away), Castell Santueri (11 km from the hotel), Monasterio Consolacio (11 km away), Monasterio San Salvador (some 20 km from the hotel) and famous Es Trenc Beach (around 25 km away). Palma de Mallorca aiport is 60 km from the hotel. All the apartments have a bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing table and 2 chairs, a lounge with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a table and 4 chairs, a full bathroom and a kitchenette with 2 electric hot plates and tea and coffee making facilities. Further offerings include safe, built-in wardrobes, central heating and a balcony or terrace. In the approximately 1,100 m² gardens is a 55 m² swimming pool around which sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use. The latter are also available for use on the beach (fees payable). There is a golf course in Vall d'Or, which lies some 6 km from the hotel.
