Country house on its own grounds with accommodation for up to 10 people, poolside terrace and outdoor kitchen.

The accommodation comprises:

Ground floor: Entrance hall, leading to the spacious study/lounge and dining area with a staircase to the first floor. Open plan kitchen with a dining area, laundry area and guest toilet. The ground floor has various exits to the terrace, pool and covered outdoor kitchen that has a toilet, shower, bar, sink, BBQ and wood burning oven.

First floor: Hall landing leading to all five bedrooms and the shared bathroom of bedrooms 3/4/5.

Bedrooms:

Nº1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dual wash basins and jacuzzi corner bath. Dressing room.

Nº2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wc.

Nº3: Double bed.

Nº4: 2 single beds.

Nº5: 2 single beds.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, internet access, piano, cooker and gas hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, wine cooler, iron and ironing board.

Exterior: Pool with terrace and covered bar area with traditional Mallorcan kitchen, BBQ, wood burning oven, further terraces, sunbeds, one large and one small dining table with chairs, lounge chairs, shower and wc.

Distance to Palma airport: 55 minutes.

Closest city: Cala d' Or.

Closest sandy beaches: natural park of Cala Mondrago, Cala Sa Nau.

Closest golf course: Vall d'Or, Cala d'Or.

The rental rate does include a maid service once a week..

A refundable deposit of 1000 eur will be paid by the guests on arrival and refunded on check out.
