This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. It is modern and yet basic, and ideal for single travellers, couple travellers or groups who want to stay in single or double rooms only. There is also a fabulous leisure club and pool within the complex. Just south of Manchester city centre, all the Universities in Manchester are within walking distance from Wilmslow Park and an excellent bus service to central areas are available just outside.

Rooms

Modern Single and Double en suite bedrooms with a shower only. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room as well as towels and toiletries (soap and shampoo). A TV is available in the lounge which is shared by the other rooms in the apartment (Between 3-6 rooms depending on size of apartment).

Restaurant

There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in. There is a Common Room with comfortable couches and all Sky TV channels, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also an on-site gym with sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

This is a state of the art large purpose built modern apartment complex which opened only a couple of years ago.

This is large and modern in appearance with 24 hour staff presence.
