The dining room is highly seductive, with sensual lighting and beautiful furnishings. From the kitchen comes dishes such as cured kingfish and smoked salmon with avruga caviar and Melba toast or slow-cooked duck wrapped in Tunisian brik pastry with fresh green peppercorns and a petit salad of turnip, pear and radish.
