Our villa is on one of the best lots on Emerald Island; the pool looks out over the lake, and conservation area with no rear neighbors! It has been furnished to a very high standard, with a lounge and dining room, and a family room with ample seating, and further dinning area, and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay; there are six bedrooms, including one king on the ground floor with a walk in closet.

There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, one king with en-suite, two queens with en-suite, and two twin rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, and a crib/cot. There is a utility room with a washer and a dryer, and a games room with pool table, air hockey and a dartboard. There is also a high chair and a stroller. There is a large TV screen in the family room with a DVD player and a music system, and a TV in the bedrooms. Step outside from the family room on to the extended lanai with sun loungers and table and chairs, and a crystal clear pool and spa. Our open plan villa was designed with your relaxation in mind.

Private Pool Heating

As is typical for Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May - October, usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Please contact the property manager for details 36 hours prior to arrival. Contact details will be in the confirmation email you receive after booking.
