Location

This town home complex is located just a 10 minute drive east of Walt Disney World on Highway 192. Guests will find lots of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute drive of the accommodation. The drive time to Sea World and Universal Studios is just 35 minutes.

Rooms

The town homes offer ample living space with fully equipped kitchens featuring a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board are also included in the town home. All units are tastefully decorated with premium furniture and appliances giving guests the privacy and comfort of a superior accommodation. They also direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom will have an en-suite bathroom, other bedrooms with share a bathroom.

Sport

The gated community offers the following facilities: a large clubhouse, gym, Internet cafe, community outdoor pool, spa pool, basketball/tennis court and children's play area.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight, after midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 am.
