The apartment hotel was built in 2010, decorated in a modern style and fully equipped to make guests' visit easy whether on business or with family. It features 14 apartments, a lobby, lift access, wireless Internet access, a laundry service (for a fee) and a car park (for a fee).

Location

Located in the financial district of the city, the neighbourhood has a wide offering of shops and restaurants, in addition to main points of interest, such as the San Cristóbal Hill, the Plaza de Armas and the La Moneda Palace which are within walking distance. There are ski slopes less than an hour away, and the sea is less than two hours away.

Rooms

The apartments offer a daily cleaning service Monday to Saturday, an LCD TV with cable TV, individually regulated electric heating and Internet access. The kitchens feature a refrigerator, kitchen worktop, electric oven and cooker, microwave, kettle, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Also there is controlled access and surveillance 24 hours. Apartments with either double or king-size beds are available. A direct dial telephone, radio, hi-fi, safe, washing machine and balcony or terrace also come as standard.
