This hotel is a traditional Cycladic mansion from the mid 1900s, fully renovated and converted into 15 modern luxurious suites, superior rooms and traditional ‘cave' houses. The first part of the hotel's name unites the building's design and decoration with the owner's first successful endeavour in Santorini. The second part of its name, which in Ancient Greek means ‘simplicity', refers to the simple but elegant design which prevails throughout the establishment. With a history of hosting distinguished guests, the mansion stands stately in its architectural grandeur.
