The complex is one of the largest in Turkey and comprises a total of 1030 rooms, with a main building of 7 floors, 3-floor villa type blocks and a club building also of 3 floors. It is fully air-conditioned and welcomes guests in the foyer with lifts, a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, and a safe. Dining options include main and a la carte restaurants with highchairs available for infants. Further facilities include a café, bars, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, a disco and amphitheatre. A games room is also offered, and conference rooms can be taken advantage of by business guests. Also on offer are room, laundry, and medical services as well as a bicycle hire facility and a public Internet connection.
