Designed by award-winning Japanese interior designer Takeshi Sugimoto, the hotel lobby features refreshing elements of nature, like natural woods and granite stones sourced from all parts of Asia, paired with soothing music. Facilities offered to guests include a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a concierge service, lift access, currency exchange facilities and a hotel safe and luggage storage room. A laundry service and car park are offered for additional fees. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and there are 428 guest rooms in total. Internet access is free of charge. It is the only hotel in Singapore to have a purpose built underpass that will link guests directly to the Novena MRT station.
