Santa Grand Little India

With 20 rooms in an intimate boutique setting and offering all the convenience of a modern hotel, the hotel was converted from a five-storey 1950s apartment building and opened for business in February 2009. The air-conditioned building comprises a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access and breakfast room. All rooms come with electronic key card system. Wireless Internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Location

Situated on the famous Serangoon Road in Little India, which is home to shops, restaurants and Indian temples, the hotel is located at the Junction of Serangoon and Veerasamy Road. The Mustafa Centre offers 24-hour shopping and is about a 7-minute walk away and the Singapore Art Museum and Raffles City both take about 15 minutes to reach on foot. From the hotel, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Little India MRT station and travelling by car, it takes about 5-10 minutes to the city and 20-25 minutes to Changi Airport which is approximately 17 km away.

The guest rooms are all located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and each room has a cosy, simple and comfortable style with lovely wooden decor. All en suite rooms come with shower, double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and also provided in each room are complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water and cereal. In-room wireless Internet access can be used free of charge. A hairdryer, minibar, safe and individually regulated air conditioning are also available.

Meals

The Meeras Curry Restaurant, which is located just next-door, provides set continental or Indian breakfast for hotel guests.
