Matagorda is an extension of Puerto del Carmen offering a quieter alternative. Matagorda is a little gem, busy enough to have an excellent range of bars and restaurants with in close proximity of one another, but without the crowds of the big resorts. Matagorda also has an excellent large unspoiled beach.
