It takes only 3 minutes walk from exit A5 of Iidabashi Subway Station on Tozai Line or 5 minutes walk from JR Iidabashi Station on JR Sobu Line, Yurakucho, Nanboku, and Oedo Subway Lines. All semi-double rooms are medium in size with one bed in 140cm width. They are simple and modern decor. They are equipped with a refrigerator (empty), LCD television with English programs (CNN), complimentary internet LAN access, and humidifier etc. The bathroom is also medium in size, kept clean and in good condition. Double room have a coffee table and a couch sofa.

Restaurant

There are several choices of cuisine authentic Japanese (including Sushi & Teppanyaki), Chinese and Western dining. The daily buffet breakfast will be served at All Day Dining 'Beltempo' which is located on the ground floor. The hotel provides also a bar and a bakery shop.

Exterior

The hotel is made up of two modern buildings which are connected on the ground floor. The Main building is a 12 storeied building and the East Wing has 15 floors. Both of them are decorated in brick colored tiles.

The lobby is medium in size with modern feeling. There is a spacious seating area for guest.
