Renovated in 2000, this air-conditioned hotel occupies a 500 year-old town palace and includes 40 rooms (28 in the main building and 12 in the annex, the new part of the hotel) spread over parts of the building. The neighbouring building is only 100 m from the historical main building (a porter service is offered free of charge). The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk and 40 hotel safes in the 4-storey main building. In addition, there is an American style bar, 2 lifts and a café for hotel guests. Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal, a breakfast and 2 conference rooms available within the impressive hotel. It is the only hotel in Venice that is able to offer its own private car park. Finally, there are laundry and room services and a bicycle storage facility to round off the hotel's offerings.
