The family-friendly hotel was nicely renovated in 2010 and offers a total of 39 rooms and apartments spread across 3 different houses. It offers a free shuttle service for guests from the train station in Zermatt to the hotel and back on arrival and departure days. Facilities at the hotel include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, Internet access (fees apply), room service and a laundry service.
