This hotel is located in the heart of one of the most contemporary ski-resorts in Eastern Europe, Bansko, in a valley among the Pirin, Rila and Rodopi mountains. The ski slopes are 15 minutes away and there is a bus that travels from the hotel to the first station of the cabin ski lift every 30 minutes.

The hotel, newly opened in 2006, has a total of 89 rooms (79 doubles, 4 singles, 5 luxury rooms and one 100 m² presidential suite) and is a luxurious complex. Some of the best Russian and Bulgarian experts in the field have worked on its project and design. The magnificent combination of stone, wood and copper create a feeling of warmth and comfort. Everything in the hotel aims at creating comfort for the guests. The hotel is air-conditioned and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, a lobby bar, a tavern and an Italian restaurant with a summer garden, a conference hall, wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, a ski cloakroom and a car park.
