Additional Information

The building has no parking. Either it has air conditioning nor washing machine. Pets are allowed. Must be used to be alone in order not to disturb the rest of the clients. Essential to inform. The bed sheets are changed weekly and the towels twice a week. Dealing with the norms of the owners comunity, the swimming pool will be opened in the summer period. Additionnal services can be contracted with a direct payment : cots, TV, wi-fi and safety box.

You can access easily by the national N-332 or the highway AP-7 taking the exit Playa de Levante. The flats Acuarium II are located C/Juan Fuster Zaragoza,3. The reception of those flats are located on the ground floor of the building itself, in the office Nuevhogar Arrendamientos. The reception is not opened 24h a day. The key collection will be done at that reception during the following schedule : monday-friday 9h30 to 19h30 (summer) and 18h (winter), saturday from 9 to 14h and closed on sunday. Out of that schedule, the key collection will be done at the apartments Evamar located in the avenue Avda. Almirante Bernat de Sarria, corner with C/ Juan Fuster Zaragoza.

Flats strategically located in the most popular area of Benidorm. El Rincon de Loix, close to the themed parks Aqualandia and Mundomar and 650m from the beach. Even if is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, you will be able to move at your ease in bus if you want it as there are several bus stops nearby to take you to any part of the city.

In the building Acuarium II, you can book studios for 2 people. It has an open space with lounge, kitchen and dining area. The dining room has a sofa bed where the two people will sleep in. It has a bathroom and terrace. The studios don't have any bedroom. Also, a one bedroom flat can be chosen, they are made for 4 people. It has a bedroom with twin beds, open space with kitchen, lounge and dining area with a sofa bed for the other two people to sleep, full bathroom and terrace. The kitchen, in both accommodation, have a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster, electric oven or micro-wave and all the basic items to cook.
