Matheo Villas and Suites

General description:

Approx. 600 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Matheo Villas and Suites (gay only/women only), which is especially popular with honeymooners. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee. The tourist centre is about 500 m away. The town Malia is around 600 m away (AIRPORT around 35 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 300 m. It is 500 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 700 m. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 200 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 35 km away. The airport (CHQ) is approx. 180 km away. Another airport (HER) is located approx. 30 km away.

Hygiene and safety measures

In order to protect the health of the guests, the following hygiene and protective measures are taken in the hotel: Room service included (Half Board), masks available for guests, available Covid-19 tests for guests, guest infection policy, temperature control measures for guests, clean and sanitized rooms, intensification of disinfection / cleaning protocols, weekly room disinfection, 24h time between check-out and check-in, housekeeping staff equipped with self-protecting gear, 3x per week change of towels as well as ensured social distancing at Kids Club.

Amenities:

Completely renovated in 2017, the 3-storey beach hotel consists of a main building and 3 adjoining buildings, and has 73 rooms in total. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for free), a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Pool:

In the outdoor area of the mediterranean-style hotel you will find one fresh water pool with a separate children´s pool (open from May to October). Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available.

Meals:

Breakfast (from 07:30 - 10:30) from the buffet. Half board: breakfast and dinner. Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sport and Leisure:

Sports and entertainment: Tennis (where applicable, for a fee, approx. 500 m away), billiards (for a fee), table tennis (for free) and fitness. A golf course is located approx. 5 km from the hotel. Bicycle rental. For the entertainment of young guests there is a children´s play area. Child supervision: babysitting (where applicable, for a fee).
