The hotel Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel, especially popular with honeymooners, is located around 1 km from Ayia Napa (Paralimni around 5 km, Larnaca around 45 km). The private sandy beach lies directly by the hotel. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is about 400 m away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 400 m from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 200 m. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 200 m away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Monastery (approx. 400 m away) and Waterworld Waterpark (approx. 5 km away). For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 200 m, a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 3 km away.

Completely renovated in 2020, the 5-storey beach hotel has 64 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the accommodation provides a barrier-free access and a wheelchair accessible lift. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.

Pool:

In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one fresh water pool with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available.
