The hotel Akti Beach Club lies approx. 50 m from the Hotel Beach, a private sandy/shingle beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 4 km away. The town KOS is around 30 km away (KARDAMENA around 4 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 4 km. It is 4 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 4 km away. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema are approx. 30 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Asklepeion (approx. 25 km away). For mobility there is a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 30 km away. The airport (KGS) is approx. 11 km away.

The 2-storey hotel has 367 rooms, and spread over one main building and a total 23 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. Pool:
