Vacation in Orlando in the privacy of your own home. The homes are located within a 20-25 minute drive of Walt Disney World Resort. All homes have private pools (not heated), and are fully equipped with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine & dryer, full utensils, towels, bed linen, and air-conditioning / heating. Standard 3 and 4 bedroom homes are available, as well as Executive 3,4,5 and 6 bedroom homes, sleeping 6,8,10 & 12 people respectively. During the winter months, pool heating can be requested at the time of booking for a cost of $25.00 per day, payable locally. Enter this request in the Comment Box at the end of the booking process. Additional Information: Check-in Time is 4:00pm and Check-Out Time is 11:00am. The Central Welcome Center is open from 9:00am ? 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If arriving after hours, you will receive a code to the lock box with keys and directions for your home. You must return the following morning to complete your registration forms. At check-in a credit card imprint is taken and authorized as a security deposit in the amount of $250. Customers will be charged a penalty for any violation found and will be advised in writing. All guests need to check-in at the Florida Choice local office where they receive keys & directions to their individual home. Customers must complete a maintenance inspection form regarding the condition of the home and return to the Florida Choice office within 24 hours. No pets are allowed. All Homes are non-smoking. A $500 penalty will apply for a violation of these terms.
