The hotel is surrounded by 750 acres of pine forest, and directly beside the dunes of the long, sandy beaches. Oristano Railway Station is about 35 km away. Elmas/Cagliari Airport is some 110 km away, while Fertilia/Alghero Airport is about 120 km away. The residences are located in several villas that blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. Just like the hotel, they are no higher than the treetops. They enjoy a quiet setting, with a view of the pine groves. The residences at the hotel are ideal holiday homes, offering a very private holiday experience. They come with 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen in some cases.
