Puerto Calero is situated on the south east coast of Lanzrote and is probably one of Lanzarote's best kept secrets. The transfer time from the airport is 20 minutes.
The Marina is a great place to take a wander, look at the fabulous yachts and generally soak up a bit of luxury atmosphere that permeates the whole place. Along the Marina there is an array of shops were you will find some very nice boutiques which are more upmarket than any resort on the island.
If you prefer to do more than just sit on a sun lounger all day , Puerto Calero is an ideal base for a number of water based activities such as catermaran trips, submarine excursions and a variety of sport-fishing. If you prefer in - rather than out- of the water there is a couple of dive schools located at the Marina.
