Breakers

Stunning beachfront property, Breakers is a boutique bed & breakfast situated on the Punakaiki coastline, overlooking the Tasman Sea 14 kilometres north of Greymouth. Set on 2 acres of native bush and landscaped gardens with private track for beach access. There are four guest rooms all with outside balcony/deck access, ensuite bathrooms and all guaranteed a sea view.

How to get there from Greymouth:

Staying on SH6, go over the Grey River bridge and turn right heading towards Punakaiki and Westport. You will pass through two small villages Runanga and then Rapahoe. At Rapahoe you hit the Coast Road, follow for approximately 4kms. Head up the hill with Strongman Mine Memorial lookout at the top. Start your descent, slow down, cross over Nine Mile creek bridge and Breakers is directly on the left after crossing the bridge.

From Punakaiki/north - we are 30kms south of the pancake rocks at Nine Mile creek. Look out for other creeks, 14mile, 13 mile and 10mile (one lane bridge on sharp bend). We are just after the sign for Strongman Mine Memorial - right hand side before crossing Nine Mile creek bridge.
