Half Dome Village(formerly known as Curry Village)

Right in the heart of Yosemite Valley, tucked below the towering majesty of Half Dome and Glacier Point, Curry Village cabins offer guests a unique and magnificent place to stay. Scattered throughout the village, guests will find comfortable Yosemite cabins with private baths or centrally located bath houses and canvas tent cabins. Yosemite cabins are wood structures furnished with beds, a desk or dresser, electric wall heaters, lights and outlets, but no telephones or televisions. All feature an outdoor deck or patio for relaxing, bed linens, blankets and towels. Canvas tent cabins consist of a wooden frame, wooden floor, and wooden door with four sides of canvas and a canvas roof. Each is equipped with beds, a light, sheets, wool blankets, pillows, towels, and a bear-proof storage locker. Tent cabins are not outfitted with electrical outlets, telephones, televisions or plumbing, and are serviced by five central shower facilities with restrooms distributed throughout the property. Curry Village guest services include the Curry Village Dining Pavilion, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, gift shop, Ranger/naturalist programs, slide presentations and scenic movies each evening during the summer, and free shuttle service to various locations in Yosemite Valley.
